1. Εισαγωγή
The company with the name "MARINOPOULOS KON MARINOPOULOS EMM SIA O E" and the distinctive title "FotocopyGifts" organizes a contest according to the procedure described below, through which the lucky winner will be awarded the gift described below. Participation in the contest will be done through of our website fcopy.gr and the winner will be announced on our facebook page under the name Fotocopy Glyfadas.

2. Right to participate
The right to participate in the competition can be obtained by all natural persons residing in Greece. Excluded are the employees of MARINOPOULOS KON MARINOPOULOS EMM SIA O E and the employees of its subsidiaries and/or affiliated companies, as well as the persons directly involved in the management of the promotion in question and the relatives of all of the above up to the second degree .

3. Τρόπος συμμετοχής
Για τη συμμετοχή στο διαγωνισμό, οι συμμετέχοντες πρέπει να συμπληρώσουν την φόρμα προσφοράς μέσω του fcopy.gr.

4. Competition gift
Μέσα από το διαγωνισμό θα αναδειχθούν 3 νικητής. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, ο νικητής θα κερδίσει ένα πίνακα της επιλογής του με διαστάσεις 100×150εκ. 

5. How to select a contest winner

Για την ανάδειξη του νικητή θα διεξαχθεί κλήρωση με αλγόριθμο τυχαιότητας και θα ανακοινωθούν στην σελίδα μας στο facebook τα αποτελέσματα (https://www.facebook.com/FotocopyGlyfadas/) στης 28/11/2023 ώρα 13:00 καθώς και τα ονόματα των νικητών.

6. Presentation of the winner
The name of the winner will be announced online on our facebook page. We would be very grateful if the winner of the competition would upload a photo of the prizes or post a thank you message on our page for promotional purposes and confirmation of the process.

7. Update and receipt of gift
Ο Διοργανωτής θα ειδοποιήσει εντός πέντε (5) ημερών από την ημερομηνία της κλήρωσης, τον νικητή, με σχετικό προσωπικό μήνυμα στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση που θα δηλώσει κατά τη συμμετοχή του. Κατά την ειδοποίηση του νικητή από τον Διοργανωτή θα υπάρξει ενημέρωση για την ημερομηνία παραλαβής και τον τρόπο αποστολής.

During the above communication, the winner will be asked for their full details (name, full address, contact phone number), in order to be contacted for the delivery of the gift.

8. Liability
The Organizer bears no responsibility for any delay in the transfer and delivery of the gift or for any cancellation due to force majeure.

The Organizer bears no responsibility in the event that it is not possible to communicate with the winner in the event of the declaration of incorrect information or information that is incomplete, or due to the inability to locate him, thus making it impossible to inform him, or due to a demonstration of negligence, indifference or inactivity on his part as to the vesting and receipt of his gift.

The Organizer, any associated companies, its employees and executives are not responsible for any damage arising from or connected to the implementation of the specific Competition.

9. Personal data – data protection
Personal data of the Contest participants will be collected by the Organizer, entered into databases and processed for the needs of organization, evaluation, publicity and conduct of the Contest, always within the framework and conditions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and of Law 4624/2019. Participation in the Competition constitutes a free and clear declaration and consent of the participants for the processing of their above data and the keeping of a relevant record for the aforementioned purposes. The search, acceptance and receipt of the gift by each winner constitute their clear consent for the use of their name for the purpose of publicizing the Competition and its results and for the processing of their data as above. The e-mail details of the Contest participants, and provided that they have given their consent, may in the future be used by the Organizer for promotional purposes. In relation to the above files of their personal data, the participants have at any time the right to access, correct, delete or display objections regarding the information concerning them, as long as they declare it by sending a relevant message to the e-mail orders@fotocopygifts.gr

10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by and supplemented by Greek Law. Any dispute related to the Contest, which may arise in the future, is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.

11. Acceptance of terms
Participation in the sweepstakes provides without compensation their express consent and authorization to the Organizers to display the contest and/or results via the INTERNET.

Participation in the draw requires the unreserved acceptance of the above conditions of participation and the waiver by the contestants of any right to insult them for any reason.
